Get Involved with HVYSA
Hidden Valley Youth Sports Association is a robust organization that requires many people and resources to give our children the best youth sports experience possible.
We encourage all family and friends to be proactive with volunteering. Below are ways you can help the children of the HVYSA.
Head Coach
Head coaches are needed every year to guide our youth through the HVYSA mission and vision. Take the initiative to prepare our youth to become courageous, confident, disciplined, and healthy for the next level of sports.
Assistant Coach
The assistant coach enables the head coach to fulfill their responsibility through practice and team management.
Team Parent
Snacks, uniform distribution/return, swag, team communication, end of season banquet, trophies. The team parent assists with all the things you don’t think about when leading a youth sports team.
General Volunteer
Coaching not for you? We can still use your help.
The most expansive need of the HVYSA is general volunteers to help with the various requirements to run the organization. With marketing, clinics, fundraising, board subcommittees, and more, assistance is welcomed.
HVYSA Officers
The HVYSA is made up of 9 officers that serve a renewable one-year term. Each year, officer positions are open to nomination and election. The officers’ responsibilities include coordination/management of the sports offered by HVYSA.
HVYSA Board Member
The HVYSA has 10 board member seats available. Each board member is required to serve a two-year term. The responsibility of board members is to be the checks and balances for our elected officers to run the association.
