Hidden Valley Boy's Lacrosse 2025
Sign up for the fastest game on two feet! The Hidden Valley Youth Sports Association offers boy's lacrosse at the 6U, 8U, 10U, and 12U levels. Lacrosse is a fast-paced sport ideal for active boys.
HVYSA boy's lacrosse focuses on two things: instruction and fun. Our goal is for your boy to have a ton of fun, while learning about this great sport.
Note: To be eligible for HVYSA boy's lacrosse, you must live in the Oak Grove ES, Cave Spring ES, Green Valley ES, and/or Hidden Valley MS school district. Attendance at those schools is not required, but a physical address within that district is required.
Registration Opens: December 1, 2024
Your registration fee offers loaner equipment, including:
- Helmet
- Gloves
- Shoulder/Chest pads
- Elbow pads
Important dates: First practice - March 1, 2025
First games/tournament - week of April 13th, 2025 (tentative)
Ages6U - born Sept. 2018 through Aug. 2019
8U - born Sept. 2016 through Aug. 2018
10U - born Sept. 2014 through Aug. 2016
12U - born Sept. 2012 through Aug. 2014

Key details:- Practices - three times per week (typically Monday, Wednesday, Saturday); practices last no longer than 90 minutes
- Practice locations - Hidden Valley MS, Clearbrook ES or Starkey Park (March only)
- NEW FOR 2025- USA Lacrosse membership is NO LONGER NECESSARY
- Games - all official games are held on weekends at local tournaments. The furthest we travel is Lexington and/or Christiansburg.
- Each child needs to provide their own lacrosse stick, mouthpiece, cleats, and protective cup

Head coaches and assistant coaches needed - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!
We'll provide drills and practice plans throughout the season and will also ensure you are confident in implementing the plans and teaching the fundamentals. Ideally, each age group will have three coaches. When you register your son(s), please sign yourself up as a coach.
